"I used the Cefaly every single day…"
I used the Cefaly every single day like the instructions said for prevention and gave it a fair shot for a few weeks. It felt super weird at first, but I stuck with the little sucker anyway. i didn’t notice any difference at all — same number of migraines as before. For what it costs, I expected way better. And returning it was a pain in the butt too, so yeah, annoyed and definitely not happy with it.

"Shipping was kind of a hassle"
I ordered from Cefaly and the shipping was frustrating. The tracking barely changed for days and then the package came later than expected. The product itself was fine but waiting around with no real updates was annoying

"Feels cheaper than it should"
I really wanted to like this thing, but it just doesn’t feel very well made. The plastic is weirdly light, and not in a good way, like it reminds me of this toy walkie-talkie I had as a kid that cracked after one drop. The button also feels kind of mushy when you press it, which doesn’t inspire much confidence. After a few weeks, mine started creaking a little, and the electrode connection didn’t always sit right. It does work sometimes, but for the price, I expected it to feel a lot more solid. I’m not sure it’ll hold up long term.

I wanted to give this a fair shot, but it just didn’t do much for my attacks. I noticed maybe the tiniest bit of relief, but not enough to make a real difference for me. It may work better for someone else, but in my case, I was disappointed.

"Battery Life Just Doesn’t Work for Me"
I’m disappointed with the battery life. I charge it up, and before I know it, it feels like it’s already dying again. For what I paid, I really expected it to last a lot longer. I don’t want to have to keep checking the battery every time I’m about to use it, and that’s exactly what I’ve ended up doing. It’s just frustrating and not what I was hoping for at all.

It’s fine, I guess, but getting it placed just right is kind of a hassle. Totally not a big deal or anything, but it does slip a bit sometimes, which can get annoying after a while.

"Setup Was More Confusing Than Expected"
The device itself might be perfectly fine, but getting it set up was confusing. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept having to look things up just to figure out what to do next. Anyway... once I got through it, things seemed okay, but it definitely wasn’t the best first impression.

"Refund Is Taking Way Too Long"
I’m still waiting on my refund i’m frustrated. The purchase part was surprisingly smooth, so I guess they’ve got that down, but getting my money back has been a whole different story. Not happy with how long this is taking.

"Helped a little, but not quite enough for me"
I did notice I was getting fewer headaches while using this, so it wasn’t a total miss. For me personally though, the improvement just wasn’t strong enough to feel like it really solved the problem. I can see how it might work better for someone with milder headaches, but based on my experience, I was hoping for more noticeable relief.

"Wanted to like it, but it just wasn’t for me"
I wish I had better things to say because I really wanted this to work for me. Unfortunately, the sensation on my forehead was just too uncomfortable. Even on the lower setting, it felt sharp and strange instead of relaxing. I gave it a few tries hoping I’d get used to it, but every time I just wanted to take it off. Maybe it works great for other people, but I regret keeping it as long as I did because it just wasn’t worth it for me

"Way too frustrating for something this expensive"
Using cefaly has been a headache in itself. Setting it up was annoying, it wouldn’t stay in place properly, and the buttons are way more confusing than they need to be. The instructions didn’t help much either, which feels like something the company should have figured out before charging this much. For the price, there’s really no excuse for making it this difficult to use

Cefaly does help me on some days, so I don’t regret buying it. Well, actually, I kind of do when I think about how much the replacement electrodes cost if you use it regularly. I didn’t factor that in when I bought the device. The device itself is fine and easy to use, I just really wish the pads lasted longer or were cheaper

"I got the Cefaly really hoping..."
I got the Cefaly really hoping it would make a difference with my migraines sooner, and I kind of regret expecting so much from it. I used it every day for weeks, but the changes were so small and slow that it felt frustrating. After a while, the routine just became annoying because I wasn’t getting much relief. I’m sure it might help some people, but for me, it didn’t feel worth the time or the wait.

"Too tingly for me"
I really wanted to like this, but the treatment felt way too tingly and tight on my forehead. I kept trying to relax, but I was just sitting there thinking about how uncomfortable it felt instead of enjoying it. I even stopped early a couple times, which is annoying because I’m usually patient with skincare stuff. Side note, I was also trying to watch a show while using it and totally lost track of the plot because I kept focusing on my forehead. Definitely not something I’d want to use every day...
